Shopping
We accept credit cards and personal checks. Allow 10 days for checks to clear before
delivery. Your order is shipped via UPS ground or second day air within
5 days of receiving order. We notify you by email when we ship giving
you the scheduled time of delivery and a tracking number.
Credit cards
Credit card transactions are processed through the secure Authorize.Net gateway and the Cardservice International payment system. We do not keep credit card numbers on our system.
Swimwear made to order
If you want a swimsuit custom made please send us an email describing your requirements.

Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. We do not divulge the customer information we collect
from you. From time to time we use our mailing list to send notices
and anouncements to our subscribers. We do not sell, trade or give away
names in our mailing list. You can be removed from our mailing list
at anytime upon request.
New York State Sales Tax
As of April 1, 2006, there will be a one year-round exemption from the 4% New York State sales tax and no tax for certain counties for swimwear and beachwwear under $110 for shipments to addresses in New York State.
International

International orders must be paid by money order or check and are shipped by Global Express Mail. |
Choosing swimwear
Successful shopping depends on choosing a style that fits your body: Keep in mind
the amount of coverage you want and the support you need as you browse through our collection.
Most of our suits offer medium coverage, the amount of support varies with the styles. Double check the size
chart before ordering. If you have any questions contact us.
Returns and Exchanges
To return an item for an exchange or a refund, send us an email within 2 weeks from the time it was delivered.
We will get back to you promptly with instructions. The item must be in its original unworn condition, not washed and bear original hang tags. Upon receipt, we will issue a refund for the full purchase price. Shipping charges are not refundable. For exchanges, there are no additional shipping charges.
